GreenCare for Troops Volunteer Nathan Newlands To Throw First Pitch at Minnesota Twins Game
One of Project EverGreen’s GreenCare for Troops phenomenal volunteers will represent the program when he throws out the ceremonial first pitch at the Minnesota Twins game this Saturday, June 2. Mankato, Minnesota-based Spring Touch Lawn & Pest Control’s Nathan Newlands will take the mound this weekend to show support for the program that provides military families and post 9/11 veterans with a service connected disability with free lawn care and landscaping services.
Although Newlands has spent countless hours volunteering to assist military families and disabled veterans in his community with lawn care and landscape services, he wants to do even more to help our military heroes with the Spring Touch Challenge. His goal is to raise $10,000 for GreenCare for Troops and Newlands is asking you to donate while he continues to train for his big day as a pitcher. WATCH VIDEO
DONATE NOW to support GreenCare for Troops and motivate Newlands to throw the best first pitch the Twins have ever seen.
