THE COLLECTION:
Weller C.Y.P.B.
A wheated recipe bourbon, aged on the highest warehouse floors for eight years and bottled at 95 proof. A light aroma with citrus and oak on the nose. The palate is well rounded and balanced, with a medium-long finish and hints of vanilla. It is the bourbon which best fit into what over 100,200 bourbon drinkers voted most for over two years – a wheated bourbon recipe.
Van Winkle Special Reserve
Van Winkle Special Reserve is the perfect combination of age and proof. This sweet, full bodied whiskey has been described by some as ‘nectar.’ We agree! The 12 years of aging and medium proof of 90.4 seem to be exactly right in creating a very pleasant drink of whiskey. This fine bourbon can compete with any excellent cognac as an after-dinner drink. The overall impression is rich and deep.
Elijah Craig 18 year
An 18 year old single barrel bourbon named after the Reverend Elijah Craig, credited with discovering the benefits of ageing bourbon in charred barrels. This is a rich and delectable whiskey; the barrels are hand selected by the Master Distiller Parker Beam. Aged oak, spiced vanilla, with notes of mint and chocolate on the nose. Richly textured, nutty, and semisweet. Initial bursts of honey give way to toasted wood and pleasant char. Lively and engaging, then lingers with vanilla and pepper.
Weller Antique 107
A wheated bourbon with a full-bodied flavor and a balanced palate, Weller Antique has a complex taste and bold finish. A recognizable member of the Weller label, it has its own unique characteristics to complement its high 107 proof.

There’s a full, rich, toffee sweetness throughout, balancing the earthy, humus-like bass notes in the mid palate. The finish is also very reminiscent of soda pop, almost giving the impression of carbonation, with a lingering muted spiciness.
