Band Blitz IX for the Military
Hits a High Note for GreenCare for Troops
Project EverGreen’s Band Blitz IX for the Military on August 14 in Delano, Minnesota, brought friends, partners, and music lovers together for a powerful night of support raising $16,000 for GreenCare for Troops through sponsorships and raffle ticket sales. Community generosity was on full display, with raffle items totaling $5,800 in value and an energetic crowd rallying behind our mission to provide complimentary lawn and landscape services to the families of deployed military personnel.

A special thank you to The Toro Company for donating six pieces of outdoor power equipment – trimmers, chain saw, mower, and snow blower – that helped make the raffle a standout success.
We’re grateful to our event sponsors for their leadership and commitment:

This year’s event was hosted by CorTrust Bank at its corporate headquarters in Delano, Minnesota, providing a welcoming venue for an evening of connection and community. Live music by Little Chicago – led by Delano natives Den and Dan Gardner – kept the crowd on its feet and reminded us how music and mission go hand in hand.
Every dollar raised helps Project EverGreen connect military families with volunteer lawn and landscape services, giving them one less thing to worry about during deployment. Thank you to our sponsors, donors, volunteers, and attendees for making Band Blitz IX a success.
