Get ready to rock and roll on Saturday, June 15, 2024, from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Band Blitz VIII Flags & Fathers, a fundraiser for Project EverGreen’s GreenCare for Troops program.

Enjoy the music of popular local band Little Chicago, with a special guest appearance by Gary and Peg Janisch, and support active-duty military troops and their families. The event will be held at the Buffalo American Legion Post 270, 304 10th Ave S. in Buffalo, Minnesota.

GreenCare for Troops is a nationwide initiative that provides free lawn and landscape services to military families with a deployed service member. Services are provided by lawn and landscape professionals, church groups, individuals and others during the length of deployment.

Co-sponsored by Project EverGreen and the Buffalo American Legion Post 270, your donations help create more awareness for the program to military families in need, and helps to recruit more volunteers for a growing demand across Minnesota. Proceeds will go to support the efforts of both sponsoring organizations.

Raffle items will include $500 VISA Gift card, golf packages, restaurant/bar gift certificates, oil changes, wine/cheese baskets, grocery packages, entertainment packages, lawn and garden equipment, and more.

The event is free to attend.
