Weller C.Y.P.B.
A wheated recipe bourbon, aged on the highest warehouse floors for eight years and bottled at 95 proof. A light aroma with citrus and oak on the nose. The palate is well rounded and balanced, with a medium-long finish and hints of vanilla. It is the bourbon which best fit into what over 100,200 bourbon drinkers voted most for over two years – a wheated bourbon recipe.
Van Winkle Special Reserve
Van Winkle Special Reserve is the perfect combination of age and proof. This sweet, full bodied whiskey has been described by some as ‘nectar.’ We agree! The 12 years of aging and medium proof of 90.4 seem to be exactly right in creating a very pleasant drink of whiskey. This fine bourbon can compete with any excellent cognac as an after-dinner drink. The overall impression is rich and deep.
Elijah Craig 18 year
An 18 year old single barrel bourbon named after the Reverend Elijah Craig, credited with discovering the benefits of ageing bourbon in charred barrels. This is a rich and delectable whiskey; the barrels are hand selected by the Master Distiller Parker Beam. Aged oak, spiced vanilla, with notes of mint and chocolate on the nose. Richly textured, nutty, and semisweet. Initial bursts of honey give way to toasted wood and pleasant char. Lively and engaging, then lingers with vanilla and pepper.
Weller Antique 107
A wheated bourbon with a full-bodied flavor and a balanced palate, Weller Antique has a complex taste and bold finish. A recognizable member of the Weller label, it has its own unique characteristics to complement its high 107 proof.
Michter’s 10 Year
Mature in age and truly exceptional in quality, Michter’s 10 Year Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon has earned its place as an enduring favorite of the most discerning whiskey connoisseurs. The “Best American Whiskey” according to Food & Wine magazine, our 10 Year Single Barrel Bourbon represents the culmination of over a decade of patient aging in our specially chosen new charred American white oak barrels. There’s a full, rich, toffee sweetness throughout, balancing the earthy, humus-like bass notes in the mid palate. The finish is also very reminiscent of soda pop, almost giving the impression of carbonation, with a lingering muted spiciness.
Colonel E.H. Taylor Barrel Proof
Crafted from hand-selected barrels, this bourbon is bottled directly from the barrel; uncut and unfiltered at more than 125 proof. It reflects the way whiskey was produced in the days before Prohibition, when Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. was the owner of Buffalo Trace Distillery. Drawn from barrels aged in warehouses constructed over a century ago under Taylor’s watchful eye, the taste is smooth, yet powerful and uncompromising, just like its namesake. Aromas of cooked berries with rich caramel and slightly floral notes mingle with bold flavors of spice and toasty vanilla, dried oak and pepper for a lingering fruit finish.
Elijah Craig 2024 Barrel Proof Single Barrel
This Barrel Proof Single Barrel of Elijah Craig was bottled at a barrel proof level of 120 and features a log finish. The deep amber/walnut colored 8 year old full-bodied bourbon delivers aromas of candied cherries, baked apple, baking spice and toffee. Tastes of butterscotch, apple pie, clove, allspice and cherry brandy are present.
