Project EverGreen is working with the City of Detroit Parks Department, MACC Development and other community groups to renovate Pingree Park, Detroit’s largest park.

Detroit’s Pingree Park will be renovated through the efforts of Project EverGreen, Magna International and local green industry volunteers.

Better walkways. Updated landscaping for beauty and safety. Renovated sports fields. Welcoming gathering spaces. The rebuilding of a neighborhood.

A boost to the health and well-being of the neighborhood, a new Pingree Park will also raise home values and serve as a spark for nearby development. Renovation will take place in two phases – November of 2017 and Spring of 2018.

You can be part of the Pingree Park Project. This project is made possible through private contributions of time, materials and funds from corporations and individuals that want to see Detroit’s neighborhoods rise again.
