Parks, playing fields and green spaces are the living areas that tie communities together. They provide safe places for kids to play, provide respite from the heat and generate oxygen for residents to breathe. Think of them as the lungs of your city.

The Healthy Turf. Healthy Kids.TM initiative is a nationwide program designed to renovate and revitalize parks and green spaces in need. This program works with local businesses, community groups and volunteers to transform and sustain community green spaces.

Your community may be eligible for our assistance. We’d like to hear your story. If you have a project that you would like to nominate for consideration, please fill out the nomination form and send us a photo of the project. As a small, national non-profit, Project EverGreen cannot complete all nominated projects, but we will review and prioritize all submissions. Local volunteer support and a plan to sustain the renovated field should be considered before nominating your park.
